Smoking can be harmful not only to you but the people around you, your family. Smoking effects almost all parts of your body, causing the most harm to your lungs, brain, and your heart; smoking can also causes cancer in the lungs and have fatal effects. Smoking can take a toll on your family, they might be influenced to smoke as well, they might be worried and anxious for you, and lose your trust; your bond. Smoking is really another way of slow death; it’s gradually smoking ourselves to death committing suicide. How does that sound? Not only is smoking bad for your insides, but it can also look bad on the outside. Most smokers look older than their age, and their skin is usually sagging and wrinkly. Your skin tone is usually uneven or really pale. Smoking also affects your teeth and gums; you may develop gum disease, persistent bad breath and other oral hygiene issues. The bottom line is smoking is not good for you, and just causes harm and leads to death.
