Student Success Statement
“Everyone is the architect of their own
learning”
-Claudius
This statement
reminds me a lot of when people say you are the guide to your own life, or
something along those lines. Here, Claudius was trying to say that you choose
you education—whether or not you will learn or pay attention, if you will go to
school or not, if you decide to drop out or not. What this statement is
basically portraying is the reality behind someone’s choices, in depth it is
saying that we all choose what we want; we choose whether or not to be happy.
So what he means is that only you can build on your knowledge and be the
architect of your learning and reach higher levels of education. It all starts
with you!
